Seascape Duplex is currently under construction in the Maple Bay area of the Cowichan Valley. The two finished homes will add up to a total of 5,658 sq. ft. of finished space. Both homes will have large entries leading into living rooms with expansive windows that take in incredible views of the ocean, Salt Spring Island, and Mt. Maxwell.

The main home for Seascape Duplex features 2 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Both the primary bedroom suite and guest bedroom are on the lower floor. The homeowners have chosen to include an elevator in the main home as an aging in place feature.
