We also get third-party inspections for structure and blower tests for energy efficiency done on each project to keep our team accountable to producing quality custom homes we stand behind that will last for generations.

Communication

We assign a dedicated Project Manager to every client. Our project managers are highly skilled and have a wealth of residential construction experience. They provide weekly updates with clear and thorough communication before construction starts and during all construction phases. This one-on-one approach gives us the ability to give each client the communication they deserve while delivering on quality and attention to detail.

Budget

You are in control of the budget from start to finish. You get to choose the products that you want and products that fit within your budget. All invoicing will include receipts for everything that goes into your home, and we provide a budget tracking document bi-weekly so you can see how your project is progressing financially. Our approach to budgeting and budget tracking is ultra-transparent and unmatched by others.

We use the best online scheduling program available so that you can monitor the progress of your home. It allows you to see the various stages of your build and ensures your home is completed on time.

Giving Back

We are thankful to be able to give back and support our local community by aiding various local humanitarian groups. We also travel to the Dominican Republic where we’ve teamed up with other organizations and help by building homes for families in need.
